Dana I OP trapper D Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 918 Perry, NY	I would like to get some chains for my tractor. Found a used set but not sure they are compatible. My tires are 14.9x28. Chains are said to fit 12x28. Is this a no go, doable, or no problem? Thanks in advance

Willy Firewood trapper W Joined: Jul 2017 Posts: 2,672 Ohio	It should not work. Chains are difficult enough to deal with without trying to force something to work. So get the right size. Chains can be dangerous so follow the safety rules. The easiest way to install chains is to jack the wheel off the ground so you can adjust it to fit right. FRAC LIVES MATTER
