Doing what I've been doing for the last 27 years. I just signed a new contract for another year of beaver'n. I drive between 200 and 300 miles a day checking beaver traps. The old Tacoma has 633,000+ miles on her now and is still going. When I get home, I spend most evenings in the lure shed working.

Doing well, enjoying life.

I use southern castor - VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, LA, AR, MS, TN. Anywhere where they aren't eating aspen.

That is amazing. Toyota should have you do an advertisement for them.

Yes. The diet determines the odor of the castor.

If you ever smelled castor from North Dakota bvr that only have cattails and a few scrub trees you will appreciate aspen bvr castor which smells sweet. The North Dakota castor smells like sewer. i couldnt believe it but kept it seperate. Dont know if i will ever use it, possibly.

Hey Paul, how about doing a ride along on your line, like you did a while back?
Would love to see your trapping country again.

Here was the ride along 8 years ago - https://trapperman.com/forum/ubbthr...age-day-on-my-line-pic-heavy#Post1749150

I may do this again if I can remember to do it. I'm still trapping the same tracts that I did back then.
