I found this on the edge of one of my hayfields. 40 yards away is another smaller one with scat on it also. We’ve had warm ups then very cold. These pictures are a week after the initial discovery. What would be the best set? Should I use lure or urine only? I’m new at trapping, so any help would be great.

The animal is already going there to pee so you don't need urine or lure. You just have to get a trap or two buried under that dead grass with as little disturbance as possible.

Urine would have melted hole in the snow, that looks like a stain of some kind, maybe Rabbit crap or a leaf sat there till it blew away.
