I shot a grizzly bear one year whose snout was broken at some point. It was all healed up when I got it but it’s under bite looked just like that. Climbed up above its den on foot and waited it out.

Underbite, had a beagle as a kid that had an overbite. Vet said it happens sometimes when there is too much back breeding/inbreeding.
Your entitled to oxygen. Everything else is earned.
