Does it have on of the connectors with the flip-up thingamajigger to lock it in, or just a regular style connector with a tab that you push on to unlock? I've broken both and seen both broken. Just thread a long ziptie through the wires and wrap it around the case of the pcm to hold it on, if that makes sense. Usually the only other fix is a whole new wiring harness.

Got out on the road and the truck jumped like the transmission went out(in did in a way as you could rev the engine all you want and not move).
