I think you mean Commissioner, Bernie. The concern is valid but probably well above her head, at the Governor level.

I cut wolf tracks almost daily just east of you.


There are a few as well plus west and south although you are in a better habitat.

I believe and although I could be wrong, the language for a wolf season is still place.

Crazy thing is with all the supposed pressure on these fragile wolves out west with over the counter licenses and liberal seasons, they now offer bounties to try and get them in check. ( I do not think this will work either )
With all this evidence why can't people see the forest but for the trees?

The issue is everyone can see the forest for the trees it is that every group wants to manage the trees differently, thinking they can change the forest.

I don't expect a season soon unfortunately. Maybe in 5 years or so, we'll see. Every time the US House brings delisting up, it seems like the Senate ignores it (& vice versa).
