One of our young ladies from youth group has a piece on display at UMES. I thought you might enjoy it.

HT, that is gorgeous ! It feels like a nice cross of stylized and anatomical study. I do like it ! The rule of thirds is perfectly portrayed , the angle and direct stare engaging the viewer as surely as reality in meeting. The dark background, white whiskers highlighted against it in contrast...stylized fronds in muted tones giving the tropical feel . Bright orange in the face directs focus and dimension from the body. With such diverse mediums nowadays, I am wanting to say acrylic , or oil, but it could also easily be CARANd'ACHE, Polychromos FABER CASTELL, or even Prisma Colour pencils. HT, please tell the young lady to keep it up . Life seen from the right side of the brain in talent is rich in unique feelings that can live it to the full. Thank you HT , for the share, and in enjoying your talents , as a natural in ability , as well. Tis mighty

That's terrific!
Then again I think Trapstick man is right up there with Picasso. But seriously, wonderful talent.

I am by far no artist, heck, I can't even draw a good bath. But I enjoyed in-particular, the merger with the tigers right ear, and the plant. It's like a focal point that draws you in. Very nice drawing young lady, you have talent!
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
