Coming up 26 from Shelby way going thru Green River Gouge is pretty neat .Also 240 ,next to Beaucatcher Mountain on the right side going to Black Mountain has some cool ice.Some of the prettiest ice is going out to Cold Mountain in Haywood county.A lot of ice climbers take advantage of it,not for me!Sorry ,this is in Western Carolina.We have water everywhere. Every day is good,some are just better!
