I don't believe you can be addicted to marijuana. It is just an excuse and a big act to even claim that.

Yes, it makes a fella lazy, but there are worse crimes, and prisons are at 160% capacity. Or should I say State operated country clubs.

Legalizing pot....I am against it; but really don't have a strong opinion.

...I know there are a minute few people who benefit mentally and/or physically from marijuana usage. I have zero problem with them using it medicinally.
The reason it is illegal is the same reason there is a "do not operate heavy machinery" warning on prescription narcotics. It is because it impairs one's ability to react normally in everyday situations in any standard society.
And yes, I would be fine to make alcohol illegal unless it is used medicinally.
No offense intended and not picking a fight. JMHO. And then there are people like bowhunter27295 that never could figure out the history lesson from Prohibition. I'm not picking a fight, either. I just think, based upon my experience, that people make better decisions on their own, than what they are offered by Big Brother.

I know quite a few that smoke weed. By n large, they are already lazy n fat. Just what Mn needs is more of those type Compared to what, alcoholics that are fat and lazy and sit in the bar every night ? Should of never been made illegal in the first place. Alaska went legal a few years ago and guess what. No stoned people falling out of buildings or crashing into busloads of orphan's. Nothing changed except less drug crime, and more state tax money. The alcoholic's are still the ones crashing and killing innocent people, Beating their kids and wives, and wizzing, and puking around the downtown businesses', and passed out on the streets. Minnesota will be just fine.

Also the governor has come out in favor and there was a bill introduced in the Senate although it's dead in the water, at least for this session.

Dumb down the people even more than they already are.
It recently came to my attention that two college boys could not tell the time on a non digital clock....they probably cannot read script either.

If the Gov't would get the **** out of the way, smokin weed wouldn't be an issue. But the way they are involved is turning it into the libtard nation. And I will say this, like everything else, the younger generation can't handle weed and work and being a productive member of society. They are, hey big Gov, handle everything while I stay down here in my Mama's basement type, and letting go of freedom. Stupid!
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
