Bought some solid metal grated shelving that was in a walk-in cooler from a restaurant auction.
Want to replace the crappy plastic shelving currently in a hunting club walk-in cooler.
Pressure washed and scraped current flaking paint.
Walkin temperature 35-41deg
Sherwin Williams wants me to use $200 p/gallon epoxy
Lowes/Home Depot have no clue
Rustoleum says $90 p/gallon Food & Beverage Alkyd Enamel
Will paint shelving and let cure outside before putting in cooler

Whole ducks, doves, coons, pigs, quartered deer are frequent denizens on said shelving. Will buy a big roll of butcher paper to leave in the cooler and cover the new shelving as needed.

Will run of the mill Rustoleum Enamel hold up?
Anyone used the Rustoleum Appliance epoxy?
What have you done in similar situation?

For what the paint will cost and all the labor to clean and repaint, I'd have some SS racks fab'd up instead.
