Thanks to one and all. I turned 73. Feel like 93 sometimes.
Thanks once again to Patrice and Zim for the great Pineapple upside down cake. I want all to know, just how special Patrice and Kerry are to myself. Patrice started to PM myself just a month or so after Linda passed away. That was in July 2015 when Patrice started helping Me get through the most terrible time of my life. I was a complete basket case. I don't have any idea anymore, just what the actual number of PMs her and I typed back and forth was. I do know that we went way past the quota at least once and maybe even twice. She may have helped me save my life because I was going down a real dark path. I had never been in that particular black spot in my life and will never be there again. I also thank Kerry for the understanding he had for Me. My wife and I met Patrice and Kerry in Wisconsin at a National trapping meet. We both talked about how they were Two of the nicest people that we had met in years. Little did Linda know just what would happen in several years.
Once again, thanks a million for all for the kind words. It really helps an old trapper feel like He is a person that people can be comfortable around. God Bless.

I found Don's last post on this thread to be very touching. It takes a heck of guy to be so revealing about their personal trials. And good on Patrice and Zim. These are the kinds of gestures that make this trapping site so much more than just a trapping site. God Bless!

I was widowed when I was 32 years old and married for a year. Even so, I would rate myself as just about useless in terms of knowing exactly how to help someone else, but I'm sure willing to try. Don, you have a lot of friends here because you deserve them! I won't quit bugging you.
