Ok, I'll make an exception for wet dog. If he stayed at a Best Western he must know his stuff.

if your not using your arm much and it still hurts something aint right. that's what pain is for. kinda like the temp gauge on your truck. the higher it climbs the faster you need to give it attention. if its annoying I wouldn't worry about it. if can keep you awake at night go see a dr.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

You have to follow the mussel down to the tendon where it attaches to the elbow. It is a little tricky on the inside of the elbow. Find that spot where the pain is almost unbearable. Now press as hard as you can take it and hold for 3 mins. At that time the pain should lessen a little.
Now press harder and hold for 3 more mins.
If you press and the pain is to much. Disregard all of the above.
I hope it's just tendinitis

Hobbie Trapper - I’ve been dealing with the same thing off and on for a couple of months now. Never had it before. It flares up after processing beaver so guessing tennis elbow. Making a point to stretch my arm and curl my hand under several times daily has helped ease the pain.

If you are worried enough to ask a bunch of trappers; you need see a doctor.

Don't worry, it's painless, I do it every 20 years or so.

Ah, nevermind. Just check out the thread on cottonwood buds. Brew up a batch of balm of Gilead and put it on the arm. It will probably only take six months or so, and you will be pain free.

My cousin's husband had some arm pain, for a day maybe, and his arm was going numb, and he mentioned it. He was having a heart attack and didn't know it.

He was 54 .

Had similar... 1st came "tingling", then occasional pain, then constant pain in my right arm until I lost feeling and would drop things with my right hand. It ended up being pinched nerves in my neck and required a surgeon to clean out the holes the nerves feed thru in the vertebrae... fixed it immediately... that was maybe 11-12 year ago and no problems since... I'm 64.

I had arm pain and was at the Dr for a checkup and told her about it. She said it's from a vitamin defiencient. Got a prescription for it and the pain went away.

If it's radiating through tricep could be a pinched nerve, and if you've ever had one you know those aren't fun.

I lived with pain in my left arm for about 6 years, steadily got worse, woke me up at night. Then my muscles started twitching on there own, went to see a DR and he told me that's your muscles waving goodbye. Had an MRI and it revealed a herniated disc in my neck. A neurosurgeon removed the disc and put a plate in there and some bone for a fusion, outpatient surgery and its all been better since then, only wish I would have done it sooner.....B......

Its definitely not tennis elbow if its on the inside of your elbow. Tennis elbow occurs on the extensor carpi radialis brevis on the lateral side (outside) or the elbow. Not a Dr. But My bro in law in an orthopaedic surgeon. I asked him. Lol. Go get it checked. Could be bicep tendon, could be coming from your neck.
