I say mink, the trailing of the eyes and butt suggest mink movement, first pic.
As well the 3rd pic just needs to be compressed, and it looks like a mink

I'm going with squirrel, first pic has the white tint around the tail area and 2nd pic the ears look more squirrel then mink.
