she could be bred ...we always pulled the bulls out around christmas or they were hard on the cows close to calving ..... think cows can show signs of heat while bred
The only place you find free cheese is in a mousetrap !

Bull + alone = broken fences and headache. He's better off with the cows than tearing stuff up. If you only have 2 or 3 cows, sell him and hire someone to AI your cows. I knows it's a little more work, but it's hard to justify owning a bull for 3 calves per year.
