I have a holder for my coni tongs, stake driver, stake puller, catch pole, work light, glove bag, wire reel, 9" wire pliers, and the 10 foot Rally Hess, fiber glass submersion rods are held in place by locking cable tension-er so they are quick, easy and simple to load and off load. I can stand on the floor board and not hit my head on the roof. I don't have to duck or crawl on the bike. I will carry up to 3 dozen 280 or two and a half dozen 330. The work light fully lights the boxes for night time trap running. There a few modification I will be adding the rack before I have it fully powder coated. I even put a mirror on so I can make sure my hair looks good. And it comes with one, manual windshield wiper. And the work light doubles as a back up light. I have used it on one full nine day line in the rice fields of central LA so far and it preformed great. I start a new line in the iron ore hills of north LA in the morning where I will test and look for any other modification needed to make it better before I take it back off and have powder coated. Once the powder coat goes on I want be welding on it any more.

It looks good, but so tall I think I'd have that machine tipped over in a heart beat.

They aren't too tippy with a canoe etc on top,Les.But I had mine loaded up with lumber a few times for work on the cabins, and with plywood and 2x4's roof tin,etc you had to be very careful on side grades on the rough bush trails. No problem on the logging roads.

Yep..I would be checking the frame on your bike from time to time..I did the same thing and busted a few welds in the frame..they wanted $2000.00 or so dollars for just the frame and not the labor..Good Luck

P.S. That is some mighty fine craftsman ship..not many people can do that..nice layout and angles sharp..

Thanks Boco- I remembered that it was similar to my roll bar on my Rhino side-by-side, I need to adapt something for the canoe.

That is so cool. I looked at that rack as a beginning point to mine a few years back. I only wanted to be able to haul submersion rods and things like that. I haven’t had a need to haul a boat with four wheeler yet. If I do, I will have to add on wider side rails. That is so cool that pic is on this thread. I study that pic a year or more before building mine rack. My rack was inspired by the pic boco posted.

Cool, yours looks great M Howard.Mine bolts onto plates welded to the corners of the racks with 4 bolts.Easy to put on and take off. They are handy.I use mine to carry a sportspal(very light).I throw the canoe off and on all day without a problem when trapping open water beaver early in fall when the water is high and flooding the trails. Also good for hauling limited amounts of material for building bike bridges,or for maintenance on camps.
I had Tom(my welder buddy) weld 4 plates on the other bike racks too,so it is easily changed to the other bike if I need to.
