Negative on distemper and diabetes, she's still pushing urine, on prescription food already for urinary care.

We have one old snoopy cat that really goes nuts over shrimp. Wish you the best.

I have 4 house cats. Does your cat like to find strings and threads and chew them?. I had one that acted similar to yours.....turned out it swallowed some dental floss and obstructed her digestive system. Vet figured it out, fixed her up.

Not this cat, the other one is about to electrocute herself on an iPad charger.

Just checked on her, she still doesn't seem to be eating, but she came upstairs on her own (hasn't made an attempt to do so in a week). Don't know if she's turning around or if this is the false recovery before everything goes.

I hope when my time comes, it's just a massive grabber in my sleep. This not knowing is horrible.

My outside cat to the vet for the same problem . She gave her a pill and the cat ate some food for a few days and then quite again . Took her back to the vet ,same pill ,same result . She ate for a few days and then quite again . I did some internet searches to see what the vet might be giving her . One of the things was Omeprizole for acid .I had some of that so I started giving some to OC the cat . Four grains of Omeprizole each morning . I also gave her a tea made from the cambium layer of Slippery Elm bark . Look it up on the internet . Long story short . She was within days of leaving this world . Now almost a year later she is as fat as a butter ball , and as active as she ever was . Not saying it will work for your cat ,or saying you should try it , just saying it sure worked for my cat .

Hoping it works out for the best for y'all.

Well, yesterday before we left for dinner with my folks, we gave her a steroid injection. Came home late and she was acting better, so we tried treats again. She's eating them slowly, nothing like what she used to, but I'll take the improvement any day.

Glad to hear she's trying to eat.
