Tonight, we had a little surf & turf with king crab legs, some bacon wrapped filet and a wild mushroom pasta.

Too many carbs there, but boy, that pasta was good! We'll start behaving again this week!

What's on your table tonight? I hope you're all having a great evening! grin

Thank you, Coonman! Your chicken and sausage jambalaya sounds wonderful!

Thanks, Hrdtoflw!

Adam, I know enough about your cooking to know that anything you'd make would be excellent. grin

Thanks, Les! Another great supper at your place. Are those your own canned stewed tomatoes from summer?

Awe thanks Patrice. Seriously nothing to write home about. Refried beans and ground beef tostadas with mozzarella and jalapenos. Thought I still had tomatoes to make salsa but I was mistaken frown
My daughter did a good job frying up the corn tortillas

Yes Patrice, fresh frozen in ziplocks, actually, but with that little dose of salt you would use had you canned them.

Ironically I had King crab And King Salmon soup with cream cheese . Its awesome . I get tired of plain legs. Use a scissors and cut the legs into small sections and can just suck them out of the shell.

It looks great, Adam! What, none of that tasty canned salsa you have available over there to use in an emergency? grin (That was good!) Thanks for the photo!

Ah, Les! So your venison, your own potatoes, eggs from your chickens, and your own stewed tomatoes. Sounds like heaven on a plate ... balanced carefully on the edge of the table. laugh

Wonderful stuff there on your table, Marty!

Well, there's a bowl of fine stuff, Yukonjeff! I suspect that was slightly more fresh than what we get here in cheeseland! laugh Thanks for the photo!

Thanks. Lol laugh actually, we got groceries today and I actually thought about buying a jar but then I convinced myself I have everything I need to make salsa so i didn't buy a jar. It was a sad moment realizing I would only have jalepenos that were as spicy as a cucumber.

I learned a scissors makes it easy, just cut up each side of the legs, workes great. In Seattle they gave me a wooden Mallet !! I didn't want to make crab mush lol

We had a retirement party for my brother yesterday and my sister made chicken and waffles with mashed potatoes and red beets. Later we had cake and ice cream, yellow cake with peanut butter icing mmm, mmm, good!

Watch out for that pine float Ken. I suppose ya is alright up in Alaska where there are no hardwoods.
I have seen folks get Dutch Elm Disease from that down here.

Geez! Do you ever just have a Big Mac Value meal for dinner? I’m sure you would still have to put on some colorful plates though?
