What is the recipe? Every time I try to make apple crisp, it comes out apple soggy. I would like to have a good formula for making the concoction come out crispy.
My name ain't Keith

I sent a pic to lugnut, No rhubarb in France? If it wasn't so far away I'd send you some!! The rhubarb I grow, black raspberries too, the strawberries came from a Berry farm, I went to two different farms n bought 110$ worth, I got too many at one farm, and wanted to try the other farm, which was cheaper

My wife makes Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler and its killer. It was her Grandmothers recipe.
It is what it is.

That does look good, and I've got several bags of Rhubarb in the freezer too.

You could use 3/4 of sugar the recipe calls for. Our family uses sucanat. Sucanat is dried sugar cane that's not refined like regular sugar. You could probably still get diabetes if you eat huge amounts.
