Just sold two semi loads of 50lb idiot bricks for 10.50$ a bale. Fourth cutting alfalfa. That's about what good alfalfa is bringing down here in SE Nebraska for 4th and 5th cutting. $10 maybe a little more!

$180 a ton for feeder hay here in WASHINGTON STATE Washington State University sells hay? Must have a pretty good Ag program.

4X5 round bales stored inside $60. Small square bale 2017 $1.75 - 1st cut. $2 -2nd cut. Those are 2 different listings I saw in the newspaper.

I will be getting 5x6 round bales of coastal bermuda tomorrow, $80 for irrigated and $65 for dry land. Picking up two string small bales of coastal bermuda the next day at $8 from the barn
These are at farm prices. The price at the feed stores are way higher. The only bales of alfalfa available are at the feed stores, 2 string bales are $15 and 3 string is $26. Small coastal there is $11.75.
Sit on your horse on top of a ridge, look out across the country and tell me there is no God.

Sounds like hay is kind of expensive in Texas, hopefully it has more nutritional value than the junk I mess with.
