an extra d in the thread title X2 first thing I saw too, since I am the proof reader for our engineers at work PLUS, his open end wrench wont fit onto a round COLLAR very well...LOL

You’re all missing the obvious. They’re offering a job. And they’re offering to pay you $2,500 to boot. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with couldn’t spell but they sure showed their appreciation for the work I did.
