Sold my small batch of fur to Gary this afternoon happy with what I got all was late season catches 4 coyote 18 coon
4 coyote $10 a each couple rubs on shoulder
2 green coon caught last day of season small sows $1 and $3
2 coon finished $15 each
9 coon finished $9 each
5 coon finished $5 each
Total $180
Told Gary I enjoyed the video that was posted here recently with Dave Pflueger on coon put up. He asked if they should try and do more. I told him yes dont care if it was mink to coyote always willing to learn new stuff. I would encourage you to drop him a PM if you feel the same.

2 were 3 x 9 were in the 2 x some lg
the 2 green were small sow maybe large if I remember may 25 inch nose to tail

Thanks for posting your results Illinideer. Looks like you did a pretty good job on the put-up. I think your prices were consistent with the "market" currently. I'd be happy with those prices myself.

Thanks I'm hanging in here. Hes still not here. Trucks keep leaving bc hes so late. I mean almost 2 hrs late is bad.

Next yr I might be going to the missouri auctions after i see how tomorrow goes. This blows, I'm about to fall asleep waiting on gwold.

Congrats on moving your fur. So, your mostly put-up coon average was about $7.80? That's better than the small batch I sent NAFA last year but for some reason I got down-regioned than what my normal results are. Hopefully, I have my typical mix of regions for this auction.

Your yotes are a little surprising all for $10 a piece. I think you could have better selling them to people who do crafts and buy on ebay even as they are just dried. I may have to check if a SD taxidermy license allows a person to buy raw (dried) furs from other states...?

Those coyote were nothing to brag about 2 had shoulder rubs I was surprised he gave me 10 for them. The other 2 was getting thin on guard hair in my opinion.

Those looks like pretty good prices for Illinois raccoon! Nicely done. Coon look wrinkly to me. Were those Coon stretched on wire? If so is that a normal wire thing?

$8.50 average , if I correct , look like they boarded ? They all get wrinkles after off stretcher or board

10-4! I got to looking at mine and mine have a little wrinkled to them as well. Maybe not quite as much. Maybe it's just the camera. I usually stretch mine pretty hard though without getting too carried away. Thanks for posting and the pictures and thanks for the info!

My 4 green yotes went for 10, 20, 20, 30.
