Finster trapper Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 17,035 Fredonia, PA.	I tried beaver meat at my wifes begging. I had always heard that it was great. I made stew about two years ago and it was awesome. Now a beaver gets skinned as quick as I can and the meat goes in the freezer. It's great meat. I BELIEVE IN MY GOD, MY COUNTRY AND IN MYSELF.
