Beaver roast and onions over a mound of mashed tators is prob my favorite, with beaver and noodles a close second. Beaver chili is quite good as well.....Heck its all good!

Same here Dave, I also quit deer hunting and for the same reason.

I tried beaver meat at my wifes begging. I had always heard that it was great. I made stew about two years ago and it was awesome. Now a beaver gets skinned as quick as I can and the meat goes in the freezer. It's great meat.
