How do you plan on addressing the bad limb?

Just gentle counter twisting until it corrects, maybe use low heat.

Definitely not a Widow, looks like a Palmer to me or a early Asbell with the curved limb bed. Widows limbs connect on the back side of the riser. Nice find no matter what make. Just went back and looked again and sure looks like the early Asbell Bighorn with the curved limb beds. Bob

The key is in the limb to riser laminates.

Comes down to a Wing of Bighorn.

Okay, I didn't think so by the looks of it but hard to tell from pictures. I couldn't see any carving and detail but then again a picture is hard to tell sometimes. It isn't a Widow I'm almost positive of that just doesn't have their look from the picture.

AAron, the only Wings that I know of with curved limb beds are the Presentation and your bow doesn't look like that to me, I'm going with the early Asbell BigHorn, I could be way off they make so many new ones and I already own to many recurves and longbows. Nice find and hope you can fix the twist, easy on the heat. Bob

My first thought was an asbell .

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

I don't know bows. From a wood worker perspective I would say low pressure and steam not heat. And if it's really special I would make a form and put it in so you can get the pressure you want, put it in a small room and humidify the roof to a high mc like 75. Or maybe higher and slowly form it over many days

Steam you will get very quick results the other way I have never tried but would think it would work,

I would shoot it for a while if the twist is minor. It may straighten out on its own. It was probably not stored properly at some time. Wood naturally has memory. Maybe it will regain it.

I have owned 1 piece and 3 piece, early Bighorns. They weren't made of Dymondwood. The limb screw is wrong and in the wrong location. The Bighorn logo should be prominent.I think it is a no name recurve but should be worth $100 if you straighten the limb.

Here are some "early" Asbell, curved bed bows :
