That is a thing of beauty, Les! You are playing it a little safe with that plate tonight though! We had some sous vide T-bone steak, roasted Parmesan cauliflower and a salad. No photos tonight! We had to hurry up and eat before a meeting.

I reread your first post and just wanted to share a recipe I use, smoky baked beans from barbecuebible author Steve raichlen, https://barbecuebible.com/recipe/smokehouse-beans/I’ve used liquid smoke and did them in the oven, also worked with dried beans instead of cans, usually I just use cans because I don’t want to wait to soak them. I feel you can never have to many recipes.

Spaghetti and meat balls, salad and a Texas Toast garlic bread stick.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Visitation for an in-law's family member this evening followed by funeral going tomorrow. Frozen pizza here. Good stuff there, Les!
Gotta say, Nessy, THAT is beautiful!
