Bought a bag of curds that were still warm when I bought them. They went down like buttahed popcorn. Enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in the evening with my wonderful wife. Life is good. Moosetrot A friend of mine..turned me on to those curds....but he gets them in Canada....and there is nothing that comes close in the states....wicked good ! It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

I can’t get past the peat. I had a couple drams of Old Scout Single Barrel Select 13yr Bourbon from a local distillery called Smooth Ambler myself. Makes one of the best Old Fashioned or Manhattans you will ever drink. Had a REALLY good bourbon the other day at a buddy’s house called Jefferson’s Ocean. The barrels spend 16yr at sea on a boat. Has a nice hint of salt to finish from the saltwater.

It’s a little pricey for my liking. It’s the best I have ever had. Although I have never tried basil Hayden’s.
