These are the states that have agreed to it. In order for it to happen there will have to be 98 electoral votes more. What states do you see that happening in? I think its just smoke and mirrors. You really think CA for example will give all their votes to a republican if that's the winner of the popular vote? How about if R's would win the popular vote and not the electoral vote? IF it does happen will the supremes declare it constitutional?



You'll notice those are all blue states. What does that tell you ? Can't be good for the country if these people are in favor of it.

It would be a real far stretch if SCOTUS didn't put the kibosh on this if they tried it. Rest assured they will try it. But it will take at least one more election cycle
