IF it does happen will the supremes declare it constitutional? You'll notice those are all blue states. What does that tell you ? Can't be good for the country if these people are in favor of it. It would be a real far stretch if SCOTUS didn't put the kibosh on this if they tried it. Rest assured they will try it. But it will take at least one more election cycle Mean As Nails
