What's for supper? How about baby back ribs and artichokes! Yum!

[Linked Image]

We made some homemade low carb BBQ sauce to slather on the ribs, and we dip our artichoke leaves in pure mayo. Man, that's good!

How about you folks? What's on the Tman table tonight?

Have a great one! grin

I've been making some maple syrup and I had to make a BIG plate of pancakes to test it out . Butter melted into big fluffy pancakes and covered in homemade maple syrup . I can't move off the couch ! I haven't been this full in a very long time .

Porterhouse steaks, baked taters and green beans. Grandson is spending the night, and that's the meal he asked for.

Wow! Glad to hear that all is well, Nessy! I hope your fish and chips were great!

Good night for it, Bulldozerjoe! We have a nice fish fry at ours too!

It'll be good, Adam! I know it!

Pizza is always a good choice, Black Spot!

That is wonderful, VH60! There is no wrong time for big fluffy, butter and maple syrup covered pancakes! Just relax and recover!

Thanks, Les! No way, buddy - we love artichokes! In fact, Zim grew them here one year! They weren't as huge as the ones you can get at the store, but it was fun.

Ahhhhh, Paul. A classic delicious meal! Good food and good company!
