Good player but if he is half way thru his senior season and the offers aren’t there he’d better start looking fast D2

He's going to have to step it up big time against real competition. Can't tell if he can do it or not. He certainly is doing well against the folks he's playing against now but at the next level everyone will have his credentials or better, and perhaps 4 or 5 more inches. Only time will tell. Best wishes to him and you.

Hard to tell from a hudl highlight video. Not to be mean, but nobody puts missed shots and turnovers on a highlight vid. Seems to have a decent shot. Can he defend? My son is 6’4” guard and played NAIA. He was a very good high school player but it was a wake up call for him even at the NAIA level....lots of talented players out there....Long bus rides....getting back to the dorms at 1AM and class at 8. Since you have one son who played DII you probably have a good idea already.

D1 is out of the question, D2-he has some offers In reality, small college ball is all that he is looking at if he even plays. May just concentrate on his academics, he has one of college over by taking college courses during his senior year. I like to see what others think, my middle son played D2 ball and it's a lot of work. I'm done training boys, 3 boys and 20 years of sittin in the stands have about wore my nerves out. I’ve got 4 and understand the training boys bit, but my BNL and his brother where National Champs in D2 and wouldn’t trade it for the world. I wouldn’t discourage it at all.
Everything the left touches it destroys
