I still haven't received my April Fur Fish Game magazine. I usually get it around the 7th thru the 10th of the month at the latest. Anyone else still waiting? I called the subscription office and the lady was a little snarky..."you get it any time this month.

I quit it a year or two ago. Seems like a lot of writers turned trappers to me, rather than trappers attempting to write. A lot of grasping at straws just to fill the pages.
I've been around a while.

I've been around a while. FFG doesn't seem to be quite as bad as some of them...yet. I've seen a lot of what you're talking about in recent years in all the outdoor magazines. Some of it is getting just down-right silly.

I got my issue today, it seemed to me I usually got it around the 15th for many years, but lately it was about a week earlier, maybe it is going back to the middle of the month again.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I quit because of the snarky little guy that thinks he's a comedian. I'm sure it's just a front to cover up his insecurities .

That rag lost my subscription eight years ago. I now only hold subscriptions to the ATA Mag and Trapper and Predator caller. Hal had nothing to do with it.... I still get the T&PC but it cannot hold a candle to Trapper Post IMO. T&PC seems like it is about done.It can't get much smaller whereas Trapper Post seems to be getting bigger.

I have been getting FFG since I was a little kid, and I am almost 60 now. It taught me how to trap. As long as I am still kicking I will support this fine magazine.
