I have approached crappy customer service in the past and often it has paid off. Sorry you were treated poorly. Everyone has bad days but if one of my folks treated one of my customers poorly, it would the last time. I recently let my subscription slide on the Trappers Post. What a wonderful office staff those folks have. Nice to deal with. Great magazine. Mac
