Saw something on tv once about the salmon coming from China. It seems they had chicken coops over some of the salmon ponds. The salmon were eating the chicken droppings as they fell into the water. That salmon was being sold by Aldis. I love salmon, but pay closer attention to the packaging labels now.
The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

The largest pork processing conglomerate in the world is Chinese owned. The largest beef processing group is Brazilian owned. Sort of says something right there about how North America has allowed things run away from us... no argument.... but our food industry is second to none.... the beef packing plant here in town has inspectors doing their job...... are you concerned when you go to the grocery store??? If it's so great then why all the recalls. Seems more and more every day.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

There was quite a scandal a few years ago with Chinese honey. It was an interesting story on what they found in the honey that led to a import ban on Chinese honey, how the Chinese sold it to a South American country who had no import problems with us,how they switched labels that allowed them to sell that same honey to the U.S.
