Science is always changing its mind about what's healthy and what's not. No, only people or companies with an agenda. Usually money driven.

A little two sided here. We trap and hunt for clothing and food because that what the animals were meant for. Then when it comes to cattle we need to push grain that's been covered in poison to make the majority happy. Take a look around at our grain fed [gmo] fed people our hospitals and nursing home are over crowded a big percent of people are born sick or medically deformed. It amazes me we as a whole we don't trust our government. But most on here and every where trust them [our gov.]with what you put in your body's. Good luck. But mostly take a look around. Is the USA truly healthy I say not by a long shot. If someone does me wrong I surely wouldn't trust them to feed me. Interestingly, 70 years ago, when most crops were raised without much for chemicals, we didn't need nursing homes because most folks died at about 65 years old. Additionally, I am not seeing this rash of deformed hermaphrodites of which you speak. Not to mention, half the world would be starving without the use of fertilizer and herbicides required to produce the huge yields society demands. Anyway, carry on.

nate 100 years ago people that had health problems died. the average of men dying now is the upper 70's. 100 years ago it was late 50's. a woman that had 6 kids on average 4 reached adult hood. people were not diagnosed with leukemia diabetes or lung cancer. they just got sick and died. most people didn't go to see the dr till they were dying. people died from infected teeth and high blood pressure. all that stuff your spouting off about our food is being promoted by the same people saying coyotes chew their feet off. if you eat food produced in this country your not getting sick from it unless you don't wash your lettuce or something. you do have some responsibility for what goes in your mouth too.

Last I looked USA was producing enough grain to feed every person in the world 4000 calories a day. I've never saw any one starving but have saw autism and cancer to name a couple. Charted out go up right along w/ round up usage. O but the round up vanishes, I forgot I bet what they find in dairy milk and urine is just remnets, drink up. You said it better than I could. Rock on.

For the record, I could care less what anyone wishes to put in their mouth. I was just stating a couple observations. x2 my desire for grass fat came about 20 years ago sold a building to a rancher north of faith... i stayed in the bunkhouse while we were re erecting it ... he fed me steaks n roast from what he said was the fattest thing he had ever butchered a barren heifer or heiferett . think you cold get a steer as fat but would have to be fall of 3 rd year on buffalo grass . cost prohibitive... i have been living on beef out of the packing plant here thats offered to employees... its medeoker cow meat can get rib eye for 4 bucks a pound... its a steak but thats it .its not prime or choice just standard.... we did a whole rib eye for x mas prime rib style... it was ok but ill never use a lower grade for a festivile again.. i need to butcher again, as i miss getting the mouth watering burger.... from either corn fat or grass fat ...... i go to sale barn and am very selective on the animal i buy... and i think i know what im doing! Problem with buying a corn fat is there is a huge excess of good flavored fat that the packer is able to blend with a lesser animal and sell as good burger. where a just self buchering all ya can do is render lard or waste it.... i have saved it and mixed with deer and did ok that way.. i enjoy butchering but now the kids are gone take me n momma long time to eat a whole beef... one spring years ago i was helping out at a local feed lot came to work and a fat heifer had drown stuck in mud hole... she was still warm ... i butchered her and packed the meat in my fur freezers and fed it to the hounds.... it was really meat that we should have eaten ourselves... anyway old jake was all smiles as i threw him a porterhouse from time to time.
