Hospital has a special for $50 well heck a office call is $120 so it seemed like a good deal. Had a EKG, MRI, Ultrasound and blood tests and got to talk with several specialist and got scored for future possible issues. I got the results yesterday the heart calcium scan put me in the zero percentile for my age that was unreal and after it was all done no follow ups are needed for anything. It pays to keep moving it looks like.

Good news.

I was surprised I like my cupcakes, milk and sweets, the biggest thing is I don't eat many fats. I do surgery on my meats and don't eat the chicken skin even though I love the skin, that white pork/beef fat make my stomach hurt so I avoid it big time. I eat eggs, bacon and pork sausage often we eat a lot of pork but we get leaner ones with no marbled fat in it.

I think the biggest thing is genetics and being active 7 days a week that must keep the plumbing clean.

Yea chasing that pet skunk around your living room has its advatages......LOL.....
