il.trapper OP trapper I Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 2,269 West Central Illinois	For folks in Illinois. A district court judge has ruled the Il. FOID card to be unconstitutional. Of course it is being appealed, however the way the Judge wrote his decision it sounds like it could be very hard to reverse. I hope so anyway. Nelly trapper N Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 1,071 South Central Wisconsin	Since I am only a few miles North of the state line, I looked into the Illinois non resident hunting regulations once upon a time. It seemed almost like I would have greater firearms freedom as a non resident than the residents have. I'm just a soul whose intentions are good. O Lord please don't let me be misunderstood.
