Check out the top left corner Newt. The beaver knife ? Newt did you do a demo once and turned your back when ADC was there ? Do you have any brand names for those knives.?

my Dad was a "Meat Cutter"...NOT a "butcher".
We have several knives like those pictured, as well as a very nice steel. White Marlin I understand what you are saying My Dad was also the Meat Cutter of the group .When he would use a steel to sharpen a knife his movements where like a well oiled machine .In no time at all the knife was as sharp as it had ever been and ready to get back to the business at hand All these years later I can still see him sharpening a knife and all these years later I still can not do it a efficiently as he did
