No... very frustrating to have blocks of public land ony to be accessed by a very long walk while surrounding landowner and friends can drive right up. quite the norm from many places id like to hunt !
The only place you find free cheese is in a mousetrap !

Why illegal? as long as you cross at the corner post what would be the issue then or am I missing something in that pic?

You start to get into right away issues, also if you touch the corner post 2 quarters of that post is owned by the other land owners. I'm assuming u meant that to be funny even if its true.

I would get a running start and a good jump, therefore no trespass whatsoever. I suppose there could still be an air space issue depending on how the land is deeded. Zim That's how hips are broken.

I remember listening to a podcast from Steven Rinella about this subject. Not sure the legalities in South Dakota specifically but I do know its legal in some.
