This is Lucy. Her mother is a Mountain Cur and her father is an English Coonhound. She is 11 weeks old today. My wife wasn’t very happy about her helping out with beaver skinning.

That's my dog Loki, who I got out of a really bad situation back in 2010.... she's a great friend, and she's the one who got me back into exploring in the woods, following animal tracks, scent trails, which eventually brought me to becoming a licensed trapper here in Connecticut, and since I've been reading this forum for a couple of years now, I think I'm the only person from CT here,
Again, I hope these pictures post right.
That first one - Loki saw a beaver before I did, and right after that picture was taken she is in the water after it.
Of course, Loki did not have a full understanding on how water worked at this time, and was astonished that she sunk right away
