I know sometimes you just want reach into the screen and choke them, but they are priceless. Their combined knowledge and willingness to share it is truly astounding. Not many years ago a old trapper wouldn’t tell you anything but with the internet enabling us all to interact that has changed. We all owe these gentleman and many others a note of thanks. No matter how much they sometimes irritate me I still am grateful to have them on this site. Remember if we knew as much as they do we might be hard to live with too. Thank you all!

I've got some old VHS tapes that show the Beav and Al Hand putting up fur for the trapper education program here in Wisconsin. Deep down inside the Beav really does have a soft spot for the kids. He just doesn't let that show too often.
