Unfortunately our Beaver trapping season ended (in my local area) on 3/31 but to keep the fun going I set a game camera on an active lodge. Put together a few clips of a beaver shoring things up that I thought my fellow trappers would enjoy. I also have a full length video of all the critters captured at the lodge over 4 days under the same channel if interested. Hoping to get more non-traditional trail camera footage like this in the future. Any ideas for me? I have a very heavily trafficked (and otter poop covered crossover) that I'd love to see whats all using next. I also currently have a camera setup on the bone pile in my backyard full of possum footage. Hahaha.

Which model camera you using?

Decoymacoy, nice video. What county you from?
Is it on private or public land. If private and any water
Issues or tree damage and you can trap em for nuisance
Control for the landowner.

Browning Spec Ops Advantage. Low light and the slightest bit of fog doesn't produce very good video but sunshine or complete dark is excellent imo.




Outagamie. This lodge is on public land. I trapped 2 out of this lodge the last days of the season and unsure how many others got in the fall so I'd rather just leave whats left be.

I do actually have a "nuisance job" at a friends property/cabin in northern WI later this month (4 day weekend of turkey hunting, beaver trapping and drinking). Thinking about setting my cameras at some sets!

I really enjoyed your videos. I've captured just about every animal native to Maine in and around beaver ponds. They are one of my favorite places to hang a camera.
