Actually after OTA went under I believe the next kick at the cat was North Bay Fur Sales. Donny Craig I think was the CEO then. Lasted maybe 3 years and then from the ashes of that came Fur Harvesters. Boco probably knows the details.

That's correct Crosspatch,Trapper Ron worked there for a while It was international marketing service at that time,I believe.That might have been when the bank was calling the shots,before the bank got hoodwinked.I sold fur there at that time when it was Northbayfursales.

This seems like a very logical move by NAFA. Sale volume is down and prices are down so commissions are way down. This isn't government, they have to cut expenses if they are going to ride this out.
they can trim a little here or there by shortening some routes or running fewer pickup dates, but to cut expenses significantly they have to cut employees. Feel bad for those getting cut but maybe better than the whole company going under.

Yeah but the season closed this past tuesday.

I set 5 traps at the local marina last friday for a nuisance complaint and caught two rats.

Both were bit up and had shedder (kidney) spots.

My ticker is going bad and acting up so I just trapped some easy roadside Beaver. Got a dozen and quit.

Ist spring rat season I have missed since 2009.

Hopefully I'll feel better in the fall IF I live that long.
