I found this story this morning on an Alaska news site, thought some of you might find it interesting.
I was hunting in Mongolia about 10 years ago, I really want to go back. I loved the place; no fences, and there aren't any
"No Trespassing" signs. You aim your four wheel drive in just about any direction and go. The people are very friendly and their way of thinking is western not eastern. In other words they think sort of like us.

Mongolia will be the last country on the planet to except the idea of animal rights.

Awesome information , as I have been studying the Mongolian people and their music for several years. It is a fascinating place and hope to visit someday.

I had a buddy who hunted there 15 years ago and said the same stuff. It didn't hurt that he fell in love with the smooth skinned camp cook.

We play the same game while ice fishing...except we slide full cans of Bud Lite ....call it beer shoes.

Never got to really hunt there though I did get to take a few birds and your right about the people not a one I meet there that I would not be happy to have as a friend

It’s amazing country a lot like the west must have been like in the early part of the century

I definitely plan on going back just not sure when but I will do so
