We made some low carb shrimp breaded with crushed pork rinds and seasonings, along with some buttered zucchini "noodles" and avocado.

What's on your table tonight?

Patrice that looks really good! Tonight the wife and I joined our salutatorian daughter at her senior high school honors banquet. Food not so great but a proud father I was!

Filet mignon topped with bernaise sauce. Topped the filet with fried oysters. Fresh asparagus and garlic smashed potatoes. Called steak Chesapeake, stole the idea from a local restaurant. Delicious.

Thanks, Dahlgren! Hey - what's wrong with eating out?

That sounds wonderful, Hornady.

VH60, it sounds like you're on that new alternating surf and snacks diet. Have fun!

Yum, Adam!

ND FTA, in my book, there is no correct time for any food. If it's good at 10:00, it's good at 5:00! I love the photo with the cooler and the Trapper's Post!

Enjoy, Bogmaster!

HA! We'll get you here to visit sometime, Finster!

Thank you, Trappingthomas, and good for you! Raising your kids right is an excellent accomplishment. Congrats to you all!

Ooooh, VaBeagler! That's a beauty of a supper!

My wife wants ham loaf and that is a no-no for me. So..........I am going to make her ham loaf and I am going to have filet mignon. The sides will be Au gratin potatoes, steamed cauliflower and a tossed salad.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

All good, Nittany! It's too bad you have to settle for that filet mignon though. Gosh, that's tough. laugh

Sometimes one has to make sacrifices to have a happy wife to make a happy life.
