Instead of using beaver muskrat bobcat etc, how effective would regular hamburger be with a bait solution or custom ingredients added? Does the wild meat make that much of a difference?

Every day is a gift from GOD, don't waste it!!

If they have plenty of food, give them something interesting to smell

The more fat the better, beef works OK but wild meat seems to be hit quicker.. In my experience..

Not in my opinion, since I feel the solution is the draw

I've used hamburger with my own bait solution in the past. It caught critters, but it wasn't as effective as beaver or road killed deer meat. I used the same solution on all of the baits, which is castor, fish oil and SB. I wouldn't hesitate to use hamburger again if I couldn't get wild meat.
