They need to meet on main street at high noon. There has got to be a meme somewhere.

Ok. The colonels side can’t account for millions of dollars paid out for television shows of which only three have been delivered but many more paid for, and won’t give an updated accounting.
Wayne has been accused of spending around 6800.00 bucks a year totaling 200k or so the last 30 years for clothing to make countless appearances.
I think the Colonel needs to stand down.
Osky Remind me again how much Wayne is worth and then explain to me why NRA's members should have to flip the bill for any of his clothes. From my standpoint it's just another way to suck more money out the the organization even it's only 6800 a year. I wonder if most of 200k hasn't been spent in the last 5 years as to being spread out over the whole 30 yrs.

"Anybody doubting the political clout of the National Rifle Association should speak to the members of Congress-and the now former members-who supported President Clinton's ban on assault weapons as part of the 1994 crime bill. In the campaign cycle surrounding that close vote, the NRA spent some $70 million on political activities, including nearly $7 million through its political action committee, much of it targeting Democrats who had supported the measure. Although polls showed the majority of Americans approved of the weapons ban, the NRA campaign was by most accounts a success. Democrats say the NRA cost them no fewer than 20 seats, and President Clinton told one reporter that "the NRA is the reason the Republicans control the House." Speaker Newt Gingrich, meanwhile, has promised the group's service will be rewarded: "As long as I am Speaker of this House," he wrote in a letter to an NRA official, "no gun control legislation is going to move.""

Considering that Le Pierre Only made 5.1 million in 2012 and even less per year since then, members should up their donations.

I sent them (NRA) a hundred dollars yesterday because I don't pay dues, life member. Still the most powerful voice individual second amendment supporters have IMO.
