For you guys that use one what brand are you using? What's the best most reliable brand do you think? I'm needing to buy one and was wondering what you all think.
Thanks

I have tried a few from Bostich and other brand names and have come to the conclusion that they are more trouble then they are worth. Now I use air powered ones for everything but framing nails. Staples, finishing nailers etc. are air driven and my trusty framing nailer is a Paslode using fuel cells and a spark for the bang.

Let's go Brandon

It depends on what you’re doing with it. I used one for years that worked great, but they won’t penatrate like an air stapler on hard materials.

I just put up 1500 square feet of faced insulation rolls with a $30 Stanley electric stapler. No jams and worked great. Light weight, no air compressor noise or bulky hose. I'd recommend one. I used quarter inch t50 staples.

I guess it depends on what your needs are?
If you're your using it instead of push pins on your fur, I use an adjustable one made by sears. I turn down the setting so the staple doesn't push the pelt down really tight against the board. To remove the staples, I have a flat tip Stanley screwdriver that fits perfectly between the staple and the pelt. I give it a 45 degree left and right turn (rotating the screwdriver handle). After getting a small handful of staples, I drop them in the trash.

My stapler was made by Arrow never had any problems with them when putting up fur. If you put up a lot of fur do yourself a favor and get a electric stapler.

It’ll work perfect for that. I used a Stanley for years doing taxidermy, it never failed.
