why worry shes a old pro...
my old unckle bred the heifers to a longhorn or a easy calving angus...did it for years and never checked at night... the not being able to calve on your own was long bred out of his genetics... couldnt have youre calf you died...
we pulled a few heiffers every year ... but lost very few... he kept back 25 a year... sometimes skip a year . out of a herd of 250....


The only place you find free cheese is in a mousetrap !

Tail head ligaments are starting to shrink, but she is way big on the left side yet which typically means the calf has not dropped and turned which puts the calf lower and more to the right side.yet so in most dairy cattle that was a couple days yet.
