Love boiled crabs.

Also really like to deep fry cleaned crabs that have marinated in a light liquid smoke/water solution and then a mixture of dark brown sugar and Louisiana Crab and crawfish boil seasoning. Making my mouth water thinking about it!

Crabs up 60% is good news

We are catching pretty good down here in SC and the trucks are running up to bring the Chesapeake bay crabs north to MD and Virginia. I throw them back and just keep some stone crab claws these days ... less work more meat.

Ok, I'm going to be the 1,500 miles from an ocean guy, what does "Jimmie" mean in East Coast crab speak...?

Never had crabs and don't want them again!

Some people do prefer frozen foods over fresh.

Crab guts? No wonder you don't like them, you're eating the wrong parts.

Nothing like picking a bushel of crabs and snacking then having crab cakes, crab imperial and crab meat stuffed flounder the next few days.

Well 10 bushels at $70 a bushel (at the dock) is the same as 20 bushels at $35 a bushel.

I've heard it a thousand times from crabbers themselves. None of them have gotten rich, good years or bad. lol

I know all about blue crabs. My wifes family is from Maryland.Sat down to many a table with a mountain of them blue crabs.Cought her all she wanted for free when I was working in Texas. And I know how to clean and eat them. Now,,like I said, you wrestle spiders to suck their guts out,,and I will stick to my prime rib and Alaska kings.

Alaskan Kings are great, but so are the opilio crabs. Never tried any of the others, but heard they're really good too.
