Also really like to deep fry cleaned crabs that have marinated in a light liquid smoke/water solution and then a mixture of dark brown sugar and Louisiana Crab and crawfish boil seasoning. Making my mouth water thinking about it! Crabs up 60% is good news

I know all about blue crabs.My wifes family is from Maryland.Sat down to many a table with a mountain of them blue crabs.Cought her all she wanted for free when I was working in Texas.And I know how to clean and eat them.Now,,like I said,you wrestle spiders to suck their guts out,,and I will stick to my prime rib and Alaska kings. the wheels of the gods turn very slowly
