Yep, we've been getting a little rain...
Nothing like you in the East part of the GREAT STATE OF TEXAS...
But we are green and the creek has run since last September...
Even the old timers can't remember when the creek ran this long...
I can live without the hail and them twisting winds, but I will take all the rain, the Good Lord sends...

Roll in flour, dip in the eggs, then cracker crumbs. That make a nice thick coating, almost omelette encased.
