AKnick OP trapper A Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 26 Alaska	This will be the first year I sell beaver castor and I have a couple questions about the process. First, how do you store the castor prior to sending into the auction? I think I read somewhere to keep them in a paper bag in the freezer. Is that correct? Second, how is the castor graded? On cleanliness? Size? Color? Third, how long do you like to dry them? If you over dry them will you loose weight from them? Thanks for any input. Last edited by AKnick; 11/16/18 03:06 PM. A lot of guys have been very happy with prices from FHA too,even with commission. Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
