What are you guys paying or charging a square foot for pole barn labor over 5,000 sq ft and 16ft side walls? Sliding doors and 8' on center posts and trusses? No concrete slab.

I usually just figure overhead and profit but the guy who called was drinking and told me what the dealers who build them quoted him. They qouted 6-8$ a square ft if you figure what the materials cost. They get a better deal on materials so the labor is probably even higher.

I paid 8000 in labor to have a 48x64 with 16 foot sidewalls 1 service door and 1 huge overhead door.

Beats me but they put a 40x60 up in less than a week and were rained out three days.
